Ziliang received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Auburn University in 2008 with Distinguished Dissertation Award. In 2017 was in an Excellence in Service Award from the College of Science and Engineering, and the 2020 Texas State University Presidential Distinction Award for Excellence in Scholarly/Creative Activities. Also, serve as a general member of the Green Software Foundation, an associate editor of the Sustainable Computing Journal (SUSCOM), and the site director of the NSF Cloud and Autonomic Computing Center (CAC) at Texas State University.

As Director of Project Delivery, Adam is charged with delivering Cavnue’s smart infrastructure projects in partnership with road owners from the early-stage feasibility to real world daily operating conditions. Adam joins Cavnue after serving in various roles of Program Leadership, Project Management, and Technical Expert on a wide variety of transportation projects spanning the discovery, development, and deployment lifecycles.

Greg Flay oversees the Information Technology, Strategic Planning & Technology, Enterprise Information Security (Cybersecurity), and Data Analytics & Business Intelligence organizations. Flay joined Austin Energy in October 2016 as Chief Technology Officer. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Flay oversaw corporate strategic planning, technology roadmap management, enterprise architecture, technology selection and research and development functions — including oversight of Austin Energy’s relationship with the Electric Power Research Institute.

Jesus A. Jimenez is a Professor and Interim Director of the Ingram School of Engineering at Texas State University. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. His research interests are in modeling and analysis of manufacturing systems; data intensive analysis & simulation; sustainable manufacturing & supply chain systems. He is a member of the College Industry Council on Material Handling Education (CICMHE) since 2016.

Pete Londa is a seasoned smart grid technology executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles. He joined Tantalus as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Londa is also a director of Tantalus. Prior to joining Tantalus, Londa served as the Independent Chair of the board of directors for World Energy Solutions Inc. (ticker: XWES), a publicly traded company on NASDAQ where he also served as Chair of the Merger and Acquisition Committee.
