1. What is the duration of the event?

This 5th edition will have a total of 4 days with over 60 amazing speakers.


Day 1 – 3 are conference days and Day 4 will be the tours of the TXST CIEDAR living labs and several engineering on-campus labs at Texas State University.

2. What are the different ticket options available for the event?

We have three different Ticket Options:
  • GENERAL TICKETS: One-day access to the conference.
  • 1-DAY VIP TICKETS: One-Day VIP access to the conference.
  • 3 DAYS VIP TICKETS: Total VIP access to the conference.

4. Can i switch between different sessions and workshops during the event?

No, we just have One-conference room for our attendees.

5. Are there any networking opportunities during the event?

Yes, we have 3 Coffee break sessions 20 minutes each every day. One hour for Lunch and 2 hours of drink networking session after the last panel each day.

6. Is there any special benefit for VIP pass holders?
