As Director of Information Technology at City of San Marcos, Mike is charged to Manage and supervise all activities related to the administration of the City's information resources. Plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the Information Technology (IT) Department ensuring all IT operations are meeting customer requirements, supporting and maintaining existing applications and maintaining the security of technology systems. Work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost effective technology solutions and provide highly responsible and complex administrative support.
